Not for the homes available today — there is no income cap to qualify, and standard application screening applies. Call (240) 384-3986 or request pricing to hear what is available.

Will Parkway House offer income-restricted homes?

Following the renovation, Parkway House is projected to serve households earning between 30% and 60% of Area Median Income. Parkway House is an affordably priced community rather than a tax credit property. [INSERT: confirm final income tiers and the date this pricing takes effect before publishing.]

What do I need to apply?

Plan to provide photo identification, proof of income for everyone in the household, and rental history. [INSERT: application fee amount, security deposit, and any additional documents.]

What is included in rent, and what do I pay separately?

Residents set up and pay their own utilities, including electricity for heating, cooling, cooking, and hot water. Parking is free, and trash removal and extermination are provided.

Are pets allowed?
