Everything on this site, including floor plans, square footage, amenities, availability, and any pricing, is provided for general information and may change without notice. Nothing here is an offer to lease. A home is yours only when a lease is signed.

Photographs

Photographs of the building and finished homes are real. Some images in the gallery and floor plan section are virtually staged using AI to show how a room could be furnished; these are labelled, and homes are delivered unfurnished. Finishes can vary between homes.

Eligibility

Parkway House has household income limits, and all applications go through standard screening. Submitting the enquiry form does not reserve a home or guarantee approval.

Acceptable use

Please use the enquiry form only for genuine questions about living at Parkway House. Automated submissions, scraping, or attempts to interfere with the site are not permitted.

No warranty

We work to keep this site accurate, but it is provided as is. We are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it. Confirm anything important with the leasing office before acting on it.
