This page explains what information this website collects, why, and who sees it. We have kept it short and specific on purpose.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form. That is your name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, the home size you are interested in, your desired move-in month, the type of request, and anything you write in the message box. Nothing on this site is collected without you submitting that form.
What we do with it
We use it to answer your enquiry, arrange a tour, or start an application. That is all. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
When you submit the form, your details are emailed to the Parkway House leasing team, which includes staff at NREUV, Noble Realty Advisors, and Project Community Capital. You will also receive an automatic confirmation email. Those emails are delivered by Brevo, an email service that processes them on our behalf.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to respond to you and for reasonable business records.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not use fingerprinting, and collects no personal identifiers. Because of that, there is no cookie consent banner to click through, and nothing on this site tracks you across other websites.
Links to other sites
We link to Project Community Capital and, once available, an online application portal. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Your choices
